Pathways Health Centre for Children is a family-centred community agency serving children and youth with physical, developmental and communicative needs and their families as well as adults for selected specialized services in Lambton County. The Centre is situated in Sarnia, an attractive community in southwestern Ontario on the shores of beautiful Lake Huron, offering many diverse recreational and leisure opportunities. Pathways is the lead agency for SoundStart, the Lambton County Preschool Speech and Language Initiative, and provides a full range of family-centred habilitation, rehabilitation and support services. There is also an integrated childcare service (C.A.C.H.É) on site.
