At Pathways we are enhancing the health screening questions asked at all Pathways visits in response to the increase in Measles in Ontario. If you or your child has any one of these symptoms, do not come to your appointment and please call our office at 519-542-3471, tollfree at 1-855-542-3471 or contact us at reception@pathwayscentre.org to reschedule your appointment.
- Fever on the day of appointment or in the 48 hrs prior to appointment
- Red or weepy eyes
- Body rash
- Tiny blue-white spots inside mouth
- Cough or runny nose with a fever
- Have been exposed to measles in last 3 weeks (21 days) prior to their appointment
- Excessive sneezing
- Vomiting or Diarrhea
- Headlice
